Deposit and Withdrawal

  • Deposit

    A deposit equivalent to one month’s fees (before subsidy) is required upon confirmation of a place in the Centre.

    The deposit is non-refundable if the child fails to turn up on the specified date, unless one month’s written notice from that day is given to the Centre to cancel the confirmed place.

     

    Withdrawal Procedure

    In the event that you wish to withdraw your child, you are required to observe the following:

    • A completed withdrawal form (Form 4, ECDA) must be submitted to the school, at least 1 month one month in advance, if you wish to withdraw your child from the Centre, failing which the deposit will be forfeited.
    • The should be submitted no later than the first day of the month.

    Example 1: If the parent submits the letter on 30 June 2010 (i.e. before 1 July 2010), the last day for the child will be 31 July 2010. The fees for July must be paid.

    Example 2: If the parent submits the letter on 8 May 2010, the last day of the child will be 30 June 2010. The fees for May and June must be paid.

    Monthly fee is charged through the minimum of 30 days in advance notice until termination date, regardless of whether or not the child has been in attendance.
